Where do I find my Canvas calendar feed link?

In Canvas, open the Dashboard, tap the menu (three lines), then Settings, then Subscribe to Calendar Feed, and copy the link. It ends in .ics. Paste it into What’s Next? when it asks. webcal:// links work too. Canvas only provides your course list; you then add each course’s room and meeting times in the app.

Some of my classes are missing.

The app only shows events that repeat weekly and have a real start and end time. Assignments, due dates, and one-off events are ignored on purpose. If a class is still missing, its Canvas event may not be set up as a recurring meeting.

My room numbers are wrong or blank.

Canvas rarely includes room numbers, so you enter them once per course. Open the Courses tab and tap a course to set its building and room.

The widget isn’t updating.

Pull to refresh on the Today screen, or open Settings › Canvas feed › Refresh course list. iOS also limits how often widgets can refresh in the background.

The Live Activity still says “starts in” after my class began.

iOS only lets an app update a Live Activity while the app is running or when it is woken in the background, and it decides when that happens. Opening What’s Next? refreshes it right away. The countdown number itself keeps ticking on its own.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible new subscribers may see a free trial on the Premium screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. Manage it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

On your device, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions and choose What’s Next?.

I paid for Premium on another device / reinstalled.

Open the paywall (Settings › Upgrade, or the medium widget) and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
